4.1 km897 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal request is approved, the Member must submit satisfactory identity documentation, which may include:

km897 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; the current schedule is published on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your km897 balance instantly under normal operating conditions. km897 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems, network outages, or scheduled bank maintenance windows. If a deposit is not reflected within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not match the KYC-verified name on the km897 account — are not permitted and will be returned, minus any applicable transfer fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's verified Indonesian bank account or registered e-wallet. km897 targets a processing time of 15–60 minutes for approved withdrawal requests submitted during 07:00–23:00 WIB operating hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed when operations resume.
km897 does not charge internal fees on standard withdrawals. However, recipient bank transaction fees, if any, are the Member's responsibility. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published in the account cashier section.
km897 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before processing a withdrawal request. Such checks may extend the processing time. Members will be notified if additional information is required.
Withdrawals will only be issued to accounts in the Member's verified name. km897 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.
All transactions on km897 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). km897 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign-currency payment attempted via an international card or wallet will be declined at the platform gateway level.
6.1 km897 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions (including promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

7.1 All digital games on km897 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to produce unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted from genuine physical tables with real equipment and verified shuffle procedures. km897 does not manipulate game outcomes.

13.1 km897 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will additionally be communicated to Members via the registered email address on their account.
13.2 Continued use of the km897 platform after a revised version of the Terms & Conditions has been published constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
13.3 km897 will not apply changes retroactively to transactions, bets, or bonus claims that were completed prior to the effective date of any amendment.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms, as determined by km897's operating jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between a Member and km897, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through km897's internal customer support escalation process. 14.4 Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
